Description
De scope van de opdracht betreft het ondersteunen van de sectie PAS van DCPL van Defensie bij het uitvoeren van Psychologische Assessments. De opdrachtgevers van het DCPL kunnen alle Defensieonderdelen zijn. Het gaat daarbij om Psychologische Assessments voor verschillende doel-groepen. Veelal neemt PAS alle Psychologische Assessments zelf af en heb-ben hiervoor ook de expertise in huis. Vanwege gebrek aan capaciteit heeft Defensie de keuze gemaakt om een gedeelte van de Psychologische As-sessments in twee percelen uit te besteden aan de markt. Doel is een raamovereenkomst te sluiten per perceel. De reële raming voor de inkoop bedraagt voor perceel I: € 2.540.506,- ex-clusief btw, en voor perceel II €3.006.274,- exclusief BTW, welke als volgt tot stand is gekomen.
