Description

Der Leistungsumfang der Ausschreibung bildet die Bauherrenbegleitung / Bauherrenvertretung für das geplante und zur Realisierung vorgesehene Bauprojekt „Tiefgarage und Werkhof“ mit einer vorgängigen Gesamtleistungsausschreibung / Gesamtleistungswettbewerb. Die Bauherrenunterstützung ist ab Teilphase 22 bis und mit 53 inkl. Garantieleistungen (SIA) zu erbringen und kann phasenweise ausgelöst werden aber auch gestoppt werden.
