Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια λογισμικού και εξοπλισμού που συγκροτούν ενιαία και διαλειτουργούντα συστήματα για την ψηφιοποίηση λειτουργιών του Δήμου Νεάπολης - Συκεών και την παροχή ψηφιακών υπηρεσιών και πληροφοριών στους δημότες. Η σύμβαση περιλαμβάνει και συνακόλουθες υπηρεσίες και συγκεκριμένα εργασίες εγκατάστασης και επίδειξης σε λειτουργία των συστημάτων, εκπαίδευσης στελεχών του Δήμου και Νομικών του Προσώπων στην ορθή χρήση των συστημάτων.
