Description
Die FFA erstellt in jedem Haushaltsjahr einen Jahresabschluss. Sie ist verpflichtet, die Jahresrechnung durch einen Wirtschaftsprüfer oder eine Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft prüfen zu lassen (vgl. § 37 Abs. 3 FFG). Dabei hat das Rechnungswesen der FFA den Grundsätzen ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung zu entsprechen. Die Jahresrechnung umfasst eine Bilanz, eine Gewinn-und-Verlust-Rechnung, einen Anhang und einen Lagebericht und ist entsprechend den Regelungen des Handelsgesetzbuches für große Kapitalgesellschaften aufzustellen. (vgl. § 37 Abs. 2 FFG)
