Předmětem konzultací je nasazení a optimalizace Nástroje SŘBI v prostředí SPCSS, procesní a dokumentační podpora, úprava reportů, notifikací, rolí, oprávnění a parametrizace systému. Konzultace dále zahrnují návrhy pracovních postupů, customizaci procesů a workflow, konfigurace modulů a funkcionalit a požadavky na integraci s ostatními systémy. Součástí je také customizace výstupů, import a export dat a revize nastavení systému s cílem zvýšit jeho efektivitu a využití v podniku.
