Předmětem koncese je zajištění bezpečné provozuschopnosti a bezpečného a neomezeného provozování regionální dráhy č. 291 pro veřejnost v údolí řeky Desné po skončení platnosti a účinnosti aktuálních smluvních ujednání, tedy po 31.12.2021, a v souladu s unijní a národní legislativou, zejména zákonem č. 266/1994 Sb., o dráhách, ve znění pozdějších předpisů
