Description
In order to support the conduct of ECB’s and ESCB’s statutory tasks, various high level meetings are held with the external stakeholders in a number of European Union languages and at times also in few other international languages. For the estimated 100 -150 meetings per year, where the interpretation services are likely to be required, it is the intention of the ECB to conclude a framework contract (the “Contract”) for the supply of interpretation services for on-site (any premises of the ECB), remote or hybrid meetings. In particular, the ECB is seeking a supplier who can provide: a) Interpretation services for complex high-level meetings involving senior executives, policymakers or key stakeholders. b) Interpretation services for central banking and banking supervision (SSM) meetings conducted at the business level; c) A pool of qualified interpreters accredited by the International Association of Conference Interpreters (AIIC) or by an internationally recognised organisation for interpretation services or accredited by other international organisations or national authorities; with the option to change the composition of the pool after approval of the ECB; d) Generally, tw…
