Description

This specific contract notice is part of the ongoing Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) 22-SAD-S002-GO "Green Overseas Expertise Network". Operators are invited to integrate the DPS in order to bid when the call for tender is published on the French procurement platform "PLACE". Once registered in the DPS, operators will be able to access the full tender documents and any potential updates as they become available. The indicative submission deadline is the 4/11/2024. Effective regulation is essential to ensuring a viable, sustainable and efficient utilities sector that serves the public interest and helps consumers to obtain reliable energy services at reasonable cost. The purpose of such regulation is to protect and balance the interests of consumers and service providers. SHG is therefore committed to improving St Helena's regulatory framework and processes in support of the above and to ensure that they are effective, fair and transparent. This action seeks to establish an improved framework that achieves this for the St Helena context; ensuring reforms are relevant, practical, proportionate and enforceable.
