Description

Design, supply, delivery and installation of new prefabricated temporary classrooms comprising the following: 4 no. primary school classrooms (Total Floor Area approx. 365 Sq.m) and associated ancillary accommodation and site works. The rental of the temporary accommodation unit will be for a period of 2 years from installation, with a possibility of a further 1 year extension. The tender includes the installation of all the required site works and services connections and for their subsequent removal after the rental period. Important Notice: Tenderers are required to read the DoES Suitability Declaration for Small Works carefully and to make sure that they meet the minimum standards stated therein. Tenderers who do not meet those requirements should not submit a tender as they will be excluded at award stage. All Tenderers are liable for their own costs of tendering.
