Předmětem Díla je závazek Zhotovitele k provedení odstranění vad a modernizace ZZ uvedených ve zprávách ze Zvláštního posouzení (Zprávy o zvláštním posouzení mostových jeřábů vydaných ve 3.Q 2020 a 3. Q 2021 u 23 ks EMJ a 2 ks RMJ, autor: ELEKTROZDVIH s.r.o.) a současně splnění legislativních požadavků, které tento mechanismus u ZZ striktně nařizuje. Odstraněním vad se současně prodlouží bezpečné provozování a životnost ZZ v Elektrárně Prunéřov.
