Description
Alliander wants a sustainably produced protection tape, delivered to specified locations in accordance with the technical and logistical specifications. Continuous availability of the protection tape is necessary, as is the ability to scale up and down to meet Alliander’s demand. Alliander aims for a supplier with efficient and effective processes, that is proactive about cost efficiency and logistics, therefore is guaranteeing a low Total Cost of Ownership. For the return of the used drums, Alliander expects an active contribution from the supplier. This means that the supplier must actively keep track of which drums have been delivered and which has been returned. In addition to the drum return process, Alliander wants also develop a process with the supplier to convert leftover tape, coming from the ‘long distant’ tape on drums, into smaller rolls of tape.
