Description
Pyydämme tarjoustanne kuntoutujalle prosessoriohjatusta reisiproteesista Genium. Kuntoutujalla on entuudestaan käytössä proteesi 3R60. Tarjouspyyntö sisältää sekä proteesin hankinnan että proteesin varaosa- ja ylläpitokulut. Tarkemmat tiedot on kuvattu kohdassa "hankinnan kohteen kriteerit" sekä liitteenä olevassa hankekuvauksessa. Kyseessä on yksilöllisen tarvehankinnan puitteissa tehdyn apuvälinearvion perusteella suoritettava hankinta. Tarjouspyynnössä on kyse kokonaishinnasta eli tunti-laskutusperusteista tarjousta/laskutusta ei hyväksytä.
