Description
Pyydämme tarjoustanne kuntoutujalle prosessoriohjatusta kyynärvarsiproteesista Greifer. Kuntoutujalla on entuudestaan käytössä i-Limb Quantum. Kyseessä on yksilöllisen tarvehankinnan puitteissa tehdyn apuvälinearvion perusteella suoritettava hankinta. Tarjousta pyydetään seuraavalle Greifer kokoonpanolle: • System Electric Greifer • MyoPlus 8 elektrodilla • rannerotaattori • Laturi (1 kpl) Tarjouspyynnössä on kyse kokonaishinnasta eli tunti-laskutusperusteista tarjousta/laskutusta ei hyväksytä. Vertailuhintana käytetään osakokonaisuuksien 1–2 yhteenlaskettua hintaa. Osakokonaisuuksien vertailuhinnan muodostus on esitetty tarkemmin kussakin osakokonaisuudessa.
