Description
The Embassy of Switzerland in Nairobi has the requirement for a suitably qualified and licensed contractor to provide Security Guarding Services at the offices of the Swiss Embassy, the Ambassador’s and private residences of employees hereafter referred as "premises". The scope of the services includes, but is not limited to: a) Ensure the security of the premises and implement adequate safety measures to respond effectively in case of an incident. b) Control accesses to the premises to deter attacks and willful damage to people and property. c) Survey and patrol the premises in order to defer attacks and willful damage to people and premises. d) Intervene immediately and if necessary alerting police authorities to any of the premises in the event of an incident. e) Provide instantly, regularly or on demand security information and security assessments in order to ensure adequate measures are taken to fulfil the tasks as mentioned above.
