Description
Politiets Fellestjenester (PFT), hereafter called the Contracting Authority, shall, on behalf of the Police Department and PST, enter into a framework agreement for the provision of property consultancy services. The contract includes services that are relevant for all parts of the police. The police here means the National Police Directorate and its underlying districts, special bodies and underlying entities. The procurement includes the following disciplines with naturally close by problems and needs within: • Sub-contract 1 strategic consulting, engineering design/engineering consultancy services. • Sub-contract 2 project management • Sub-contract 3 consultancy, physical security and security. • Sub-contract 4 consultant noise, HSE and safety related to operative training activities (shooting training, explosives, helicopters etc.).
Award criteria
- Price — The contracting authority will award the contract to the tender with the best relationship between price and quality. Evaluated based on the prices stated in Annex 3 Annex 1 Price Form.
- Quality — The quality award criteria is divided into sub-criteria in order of priority, including assignment comprehension 60%, Competence 30%, Handling call-offs to the framework agreement 10%. The climate…
