De Rijksuniversiteit Groningen (RUG) wil graag een promovendusvolgplatform (Hora Finita) aanschaffen. Na zorgvuldig marktonderzoek waarbij de eisen centraal stonden, is de RUG tot de conclusie gekomen dat Fargeau de enige leverancier is die de benodigde promovendusvolgplatform (Hora Finita) kan leveren, zoals beschreven in dit document. Indien er partijen zijn die ook aan de in dit document genoemde eisen kunnen voldoen, verzoeken wij u vóór 12-04-2024 12.00 uur op deze marktconsultatie te reageren. Als er geen reacties komen, gaat de RUG zonder voorafgaande publicatie over tot de aanschaf van het promovendusvolgplatform (Hora Finita) van Fargeau.
