The primary objective of the program is to enhance awareness, visibility, and consequently, sales of European and French charcuterie, as well as Asiago Pdo cheese. The program aims to broaden the assortment of European and French charcuterie products and Asiago Pdo cheese across various distribution channels, including retail markets, distribution outlets, and catering services. The actions to be undertaken must particularly emphasize the unique aspects of the Union's agricultural production methods. This emphasis should be placed on areas such as food safety, traceability, authenticity, labeling, nutritional and health considerations, animal welfare, environmental respect, sustainability, and the distinctive features of agricultural and food products. These distinctive features encompass aspects like quality, taste, diversity, and traditions
