De gemeente Hoorn is op zoek naar een partij die in staat is om op basis van het Promotieplan Westfriesland een strategisch uitwerkingsprogramma voor de toeristische promotie van de zeven Westfriese gemeenten voor de komende vier jaar kan opstellen, waarbij voor elk jaar een apart specifiek uitvoeringsplan nader wordt uitgewerkt. Kerntaak is het verbeteren van de zichtbaarheid en bekendheid van de regio Westfriesland als toeristische bestemming. Één strategisch uitwerkingsprogramma en jaarlijks een uitvoeringsplan.
