Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια και η εγκατάσταση υπολογιστικού εξοπλισμού για τη δημιουργία ενός ιδιωτικού υπολογιστικού νέφους στο οποίο θα αναπτυχθούν πλατφόρμες εκπαίδευσης χρηστών σε θέματα κυβερνοασφάλειας. Η υποδομή θα υποστηρίξει, στο πλαίσιο υλοποίησης του έργου, πραγματικές εκπαιδεύσεις ειδικών επιστημόνων της Ε.Ε. σε μια ποικιλία σεναρίων και εργαλείων κυβερνοασφάλειας, για την μείωση του χάσματος δεξιοτήτων κυβερνοασφάλειας στην ΕΕ.
