Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια υγρών καυσίμων κίνησης και θέρμανσης, προκειμένου να καλυφθούν οι ανάγκες α) Κίνησης του στόλου των οχημάτων και μηχανημάτων έργου των υπηρεσιών του Δήμου και του πρώην ΔΚΚΠΑ β) Θέρμανσης Κτιρίων που υπόκεινται στην διαχείριση και επιστασία του Δήμου γ) Θέρμανσης Κτιρίων που υπόκεινται στην διαχείριση και επιστασία του πρώην ΔΚΚΠΑ του Δήμου (παιδικοί σταθμοί κλπ.) δ) Θέρμανσης κτιρίων που υπόκεινται στην διαχείριση και επιστασία της πρώην Σχολικής Επιτροπής Α'θμιας εκπαίδευσης του Δήμου (σχολεία κλπ)
