Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια καυσίμων και λιπαντικών για τα έτη 2025 – 2028 και συγκεκριμένα : 1) ΥΓΡΩΝ ΚΑΥΣΙΜΩΝ ΚΙΝΗΣΗΣ (πετρελαίου κίνησης και αμόλυβδης βενζίνης) απαραίτητων για την λειτουργία των οχημάτων και των διαφόρων μηχανημάτων όλων των υπηρεσιών του Δήμου, 2) ΠΕΤΡΕΛΑΙΟΥ ΘΕΡΜΑΝΣΗΣ για την κάλυψη των αναγκών θέρμανσης του συνόλου των κτιρίων των διαφόρων δημοτικών υπηρεσιών, των αθλητικών εγκαταστάσεων (κολυμβητήριο, κλειστά Γυμναστήρια κλπ.) και των σχολικών μονάδων όλων των Δημοτικών Ενοτήτων του Δήμου και 3) ΛΙΠΑΝΤΙΚΩΝ απαραίτητων για την συντήρηση των οχημάτων και των μηχανημάτων του Δήμου από τα συνεργεία του Δήμου. Η συνολική δαπάνη για την προμήθεια προϋπολογίζεται να ανέλθει στα 7.439.871,60€ συνυπολογιζόμενου του ΦΠΑ 24% (προϋπολογισμός χωρίς ΦΠΑ: 5.999.896,45€ ΦΠΑ : 1.439.975,15€). Η εκτέλεση της προμήθειας θα γίνει με τη διενέργεια Ηλεκτρονικού Ανοικτού Μειοδοτικού Διαγωνισμού, άνω των ορίων µε σφραγισμένες προσφορές σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις του Ν. 4412/2016 και µε κριτήριο κατακύρωσης για μεν τα υγρά καύσιμα κίνησης και το πετρέλαιο θέρμανσης τη μεγαλύτερη ποσοστιαία έκπτωση επί των διαμορφούμενων Μέσων Τι…
