Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια υγρών καυσίμων (αμόλυβδη βενζίνη και πετρέλαιο κίνησης) που θα χρησιμοποιηθούν για την κάλυψη των αναγκών της κίνησης των οχημάτων και μηχανημάτων έργου των υπηρεσιών του Δήμου Αμφίκλειας-Ελάτειας, πετρελαίου θέρμανσης για τη θέρμανση των δημοτικών κτιρίων όλων των υπηρεσιών και των Παιδικών Σταθμών του Δήμου και πετρελαίου θέρμανσης για τη θέρμανση των σχολικών συγκροτημάτων της Πρωτοβάθμιας και Δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης του Δήμου.
