Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια φρέσκου παστεριωμένου γάλακτος το οποίο θα είναι πλήρες (λιπαρά 3,5%) ή ημιαποβουτυρωμένο (λιπαρά 1,5%) σε συσκευασία εμφιάλωσης ενός (1) λίτρου οποιασδήποτε αναγνωρισμένης μάρκας που διατίθεται στο Λιανικό Εμπόριο σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 80 του κώδικα (ΦΕΚ 788/87 Β) καθώς και συμπυκνωμένου εβαπορέ.
