Ανοικτός διεθνής ηλεκτρονικός διαγωνισμός με κριτήριο ανάθεσης την πλέον συμφέρουσα από οικονομική άποψη προσφορά βάσει τιμής ανά τμήμα για την προμήθεια εξοπλισμού συστημάτων ασφαλείας για τις ανάγκες του Υ.ΠΑΙ.Θ. (νυν Υ.ΠΑΙ.Θ.Α.). Αναλυτική περιγραφή υλοποίησης της προμήθειας, των υποχρεώσεων του αναδόχου και του τρόπου πληρωμής του, δίνεται στα άρθρα 4, 5 και 6 και στα Παραρτήματα I,ΙΙΙ και VI (σχέδιο σύμβασης) του αναλυτικού τεύχους της διακήρυξης.
