Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια εξειδικευμένου ερευνητικού εξοπλισμού αιχμής για την παρακολούθηση των γεωδυναμικών φαινομένων (π.χ. σεισμοί, ηφαίστεια) και των γεωθερμικών πεδίων που σχετίζονται με τη σύγκλιση των λιθοσφαιρικών πλακών κατά μήκος του ελληνικού τόξου, στην ευρύτερη περιοχή της νοτιοανατολικής Μεσογείου. Η προμήθεια του εξοπλισμού πραγματοποιείται στο πλαίσιο ανάπτυξης του δικτύου GEO-NET (Hellenic Arc European laboratory for the study of the subduction zone and associated seismological, volcanic and geothermal phenomena) της υποδομής NOA-AEGIS. Το δίκτυο θα παρέχει πλήθος δεδομένων για την παρακολούθηση και την καλύτερη κατανόηση των γεωδυναμικών φαινομένων που λαμβάνουν χώρα στον ευρύτερο χώρο της νοτιοανατολικής Μεσογείου
