Προμήθεια ( αγορά ) ελαιολιπαντικών για τα μηχανήματα έργου, τα οχήματα, τα βοηθητικά μηχανήματα (χλοοκοπτικά , χορτοκοπτικά, αλυσοπρίονα , γεννήτριες κλπ.) και ειδικότερα συμβατικών ελαιολιπαντικών, που θα πληρούν τις προδιαγραφές του Γ.Χ.Κ. όπως αυτές καθορίζονται με αποφάσεις του ανώτατου χημικού συμβουλίου αλλά και ορισμένων ποσοτήτων βιοαποικοδομήσιμων ελαιολιπαντικών, βάσεως συνθετικών κορεσμένων εστέρων, που να εξασφαλίζουν τη υψηλή αντοχή τους στην οξείδωση και τη σωστή λίπανση
