Το προσφερόμενο μηχάνημα θα είναι απολύτως καινούριο, αμεταχείριστο, πρόσφατης κατασκευής και σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές της μελέτης του Ηλεκτρομηχανολογικού Τμήματος της Τεχνικής Υπηρεσίας της ΔΕΥΑ Καλαμάτας.
