Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια ''ΑΝΤΑΛΛΑΚΤΙΚΩΝ ΛΕΩΦΟΡΕΙΩΝ, ΤΙΜΟΝΙΩΝ – ΑΞΟΝΩΝ κ.α.'' Η σύμβαση θα ανατεθεί με το κριτήριο της πλέον συμφέρουσας από οικονομική άποψη προσφοράς, βάσει μόνο της τιμής ανά ΕΙΔΟΣ. Προσφορές θα υποβάλλονται για ένα ή περισσότερα ΕΙΔΗ της προμήθειας, υπό την προϋπόθεση ότι θα αφορούν στη συνολική ζητούμενη ποσότητα του κάθε είδους - διαφορετικά θα χαρακτηρίζονται μη αποδεκτές και θα απορρίπτονται.
