SNCF Voyageurs souhaite se doter d'un outil de gestion d'offre horaire afin d'améliorer et de sécuriser son plan de transport tout en assurant une référence horaire du sillon et de l’offre de transport, notamment en facilitant le traitement des conséquences et des impacts des travaux d’infrastructure. SNCF Voyageurs souhaite également un outil d'enrichissement commercial du plan de transport.
