L’objet du projet est la conception, la fourniture, l’installation et la mise en service de câbles 24kV pour raccorder les turbines du parc éolien Sur Grati (le Projet) au réseau de distribution de VOé au niveau du nouveau poste 40/20 kV Le Day à 770m d’altitude, ainsi que la conception, la fourniture, l’installation et la mise en service de la fibre optique du Projet. Le parc se trouve sur la montagne Sur Grati à environ 1130 m d’altitude.
