Projekteerimise ja ehituse omanikujärelevalve teenuse teostamine vastavalt tehnilisele kirjeldusele (Lisa 1). Järelevalve lepingu täitmise kavandatav algusaeg objektil on 01.05.2025. Lepingu kestuse periood kuni 31.05.2026 + garantii 3 aastat. Omanikujärelevalve lepingu kestuse eeldatav periood on 13 kuud + garantiiperiood 3 aastat.
