Die Stromnetz Hamburg GmbH (SNH) plant die Transformation ihres Betriebshofes an der Bramfelder Chaussee von einem funktional geprägten Betriebsgelände zu einem Campus mit grüner Mitte und hoher Aufenthaltsqualität. Diese Transformation soll im Zuge der kommenden Jahre durch die Umsetzung mehrerer Neubauvorhaben auf dem Gelände erfolgen. Dabei bildet der Neubau eines Mehrzweckgebäudes (BBKB) eine wesentliche Maßnahme.
