Description
Voor het uitvoeren van verschillende onderhoudsprojecten in de laboratoriumgebouwen David de Wiedgebouw en Hugo Kruytgebouw zijn we op zoek naar een projectleider met een installatietechnische achtergrond. Het David de Wiedgebouw is gebouwd in 2010 en omvat in totaal 26.800 m2 bruto vloeroppervlakte. In het gebouw voert de faculteit Bètawetenschappen hoogwaardig onderzoek uit. Het is recent verbouwd en uitgebreid met een nieuw bouwdeel voor de huisvesting van elektronenmicroscopie. Het Hugo Kruytgebouw is gebouwd in 1972, bestaat uit 4 vleugels (wieken) rondom een centrale kern, heeft 12 bouwlagen en omvat in totaal 53.700 m2 bruto vloeroppervlakte. In het gebouw voert de faculteit Bètawetenschappen hoogwaardig onderzoek uit. De Universiteit Utrecht gaat het gebouw op termijn renoveren. De projectleider onderhoudsprojecten laboratoriumgebouwen voert in bovengenoemde gebouwen zelfstandig onderhoudsprojecten uit vanaf de initiatieffase tot en met de nazorgfase. In deze onderhoudsprojecten ligt het accent op installatietechniek. De projecten vinden voornamelijk plaats in laboratoriumomgevingen.
