Provincie Zeeland is op zoek naar een partij die een of meerdere projecten kan uitvoeren binnen het Europese project FIER. (Flooding, Infrastructure, Evacuation & Resilience). Het doel van FIER is de maatschappij voorbereiden op overstromingen en de impact van overstromingen minimaliseren. Er worden nieuwe strategieën en procedures ontwikkeld en geïmplementeerd die crisis-organisaties kunnen gebruiken voor, tijdens en na een overstroming. Provincie Zeeland is lead partner in dit project.
