The contract concerns the project „quic-go Performance Dashboard“, the only production-ready implementation of the QUIC and HTTP/3 protocols in the Go programming language. As part of several milestones, the contract covers especially benchmarking research and deployment environment prototyping, performance benchmarking experiments, cross-implementation analysis and continuous integration research for automated regression analysis. The aim of this service is to sustainably strengthen the observability, performance reliability, and long-term maintainability of the project that serves the public interest.
