Description

Trøndelag county shall procure a combined project organisation for planning, coordinating and implementing the modernisation project for the Gråkall railway. The project organisation shall be responsible for both the procurement of new tram materials and the upgrading of infrastructure throughout the entire project course, this under options. The project organisation is expected to have competence that is broad enough for the execution of all phases, including preliminary engineering design, detailed engineering design and project management in the development phase. The contracting authority will not request predefined roles that must be filled, but leave it to the tenderer to put together a project organisation that has the competence to execute the project. The tenderer will be able to be assisted by one or several sub-suppliers.
