In the further implementation of the restructuring project, Nord Universitet needs to strengthen the project organisation with: • a general project manager who shall contribute with management and coordination of the total restructuring project. • Support and competence within process management, which involves analytical skills, understanding of the organisation's needs and capability in change management to create and implement sustainable service deliveries.
