Description
Aankoop en implementatie van een waterfall of hybride PM-tool om investeringsportfolio’s met 5000 à 8000 projecten voor de waterzuiveringsinfrastructuur te beheren. De tool moet projecten kunnen beheren vanaf een goedgekeurd project(voorstel) t.e.m. de (definitieve) oplevering. De doorlooptijd van een project varieert van 1 tot 10+ jaar. De tool dient alle ±250 gebruikers overzicht en inzicht te geven in de status en vooruitgang van projecten en portfolio’s en hen te ondersteunen in het nemen van de juiste acties. De tool wordt het centrale gebruiksvriendelijke portaal voor het project- en portfoliomanagement van alle project medewerkers. Een project manager beheert gemiddeld 30 à 40 projecten simultaan.
