Description
The contracting authority sees great opportunities to build new value chains in Nordland within the space industry. Based on the report "Strategic Framework Andøy" launched in October 2023, this project shall focus on realising the recommended measures to promote the development of this industry. Innovation Norway Nordland will have a central role in coordinating this work and ensuring that relevant actors get involved. The objective of the project: Ensure that the report 'Strategic Framework Andøy' is followed-up and implemented in practice. Strengthen the value chain within the space industry in Nordland by promoting cooperation between public and private actors. Increase foreign investments in commercial space industrial projects in Nordland.Promote competence development, company establishments and financial investments in the region.
