Description

The overall objective of the Assignment is to facilitate the timely and effective implementation of the Project by assisting the Client. The Consultant will provide ongoing support to the Client. The Consultant should ensure that appropriately qualified experts are available, as required, for each task. The focus of the work is to guide the PIU through all steps necessary for successful implementation of the Project. The Consultant shall perform the following main tasks: Assistance with Capacity Building of the PIU; Assistance with Procurement, Tendering, and Contract implementation; Assistance with Compliance & Reporting Obligations under the Financing Documents; and Environmental and Social Implementation Support; Contract implementation and construction supervision. The work of the Consultant refers to the whole Project and covers all 3 WMZs. The estimated duration of the project is 66 months.
