Description
Deze opdracht betreft de exploitatie van vijf jaar voor in eerste aanleg de huisvesting van Oekraïense ontheemden (fase 1). Vanaf einddatum RooO worden de woningen aangewend voor de huisvesting van Oekraïense ontheemden en/of andere specifieke doelgroepen zoals starters, studenten, spoedzoekers of asielzoekers conform de geldende regelgeving voor sociale huur (fase 2). Taken t.b.v. exploitatie Walram zijn administratieve beheertaken, commerciële beheertaken, technische beheertaken en sociale beheertaken. (fase 1) en verhuur van sociale huurwoningen tegen een marktconforme sociale huurprijs (fase 2). Het betreft de exploitatie van 53 units.
