Description
The Project Communication department within Elia is responsible for all the communication of the infrastructure projects throughout the country. It relates to all communications that Elia provides to external, local and regional stakeholders regarding upcoming infrastructural projects, from the permitting application to the execution of the project. This to ensure that an effective communication strategy is set up in order to facilitate the public acceptance of the projects and create a sustainable relation with the different stakeholders. With the upcoming tender, Elia is looking for Contractors that have experience within project communication and have specific knowledge in local and regional regulations that will help Elia to develop these sustainable relations with all stakeholders. This tender will be split in 2 lots; 1 for the Flanders (+ Brussels) region and 1 for the Wallonia (+ Brussels) region. The estimated term of the contract is 3 years with a potential extension of 2 years for a total maximum duration of 5 years (3 + 2).
