Description

This service agreement concerns the FOSS component "4diac"; a FOSS implementation of the IEC 61499 standard for distributed control systems. The proposed work involves researching to identify the most suitable technical approach for modernising the system’s infrastructure, and implementing the identified changes throughout the project. This includes work on tooling, ensuring compliance with the latest editions of standard specifications, refactoring the codebase for better maintainability, setting up the testing environment, as well as updating the documentation and creating tutorials.
