Description
Statsbygg requests, in connection with project: no.: 1207802 name: The Customs Office, The Norwegian Customs Service, the Inspection Station Polmakom, tender offer on K201 Turnkey contract. According to § 7-9 (4) in the Public Procurement Regulations, the award criteria in accordance with PPR § 7-9 in accordance with the second and third paragraphs is replaced by climate and environmental requirements, where this clearly improves climate and environmental effect. Statsbygg ́s assessment is that we, for this procurement, will use the exclusion provisions in PPR § 7-9 (4). See further justification in the tender invitation point 2.5.
