Predmet naročila je vzpostavitev delovanja programske opreme za digitalizacijo in validacijo gradiva, ki bo izpolnjevala vse zahteve in funkcionalnosti iz dokumenta Predlog za vzpostavitev CDDC, in pravica do njene uporabe znotraj sodstva za 286,6 mio digitaliziranih in validiranih strani, vključno z vsemi pripadajočimi storitvami in podporo v obdobju 5 let od polnega zagona.
