Consultation dans le cadre du projet de requalification urbaine de l'îlot Joffre à La Rochelle pour la cession de charges foncières en vue de la réalisation d'un programme de constructions mixtes dont un équipement public pour la ville de La Rochelle s'inscrivant dans une ambition environnementale bas carbone à travers la démarche La Rochelle territoire zéro carbone (LRTZC). 2 lots : lot ouest programmation mixte, lot est programmation à dominante habitat. Phase candidatures : sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant de candidatures, sélection de 3 candidatures maximum, autorisées à remettre une offre et à soumissionner au second tour
