Programme opérationnel de prévention et d'accompagnement des copropriétés dégradées (POPAC) L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Bordeaux Métropole met en oeuvre son plan d'action en faveur des copropriétés métropolitaines depuis 2015. Les conclusions du dernier POPAC (2019-2022) ont confirmé la nécessité de maintenir cet outil de repérage, information et accompagnement à la résorption des premières difficultés auprès des copropriétés du territoire
