Description

The MFA, Department for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) entered into a contract 12 April 2022 regarding implementation of the DAPP Human Rights Programme in Morococ, Tunisia, Egypt, and Jordan as well as a potential expansion of activities to Algeria. The MFA wishes to purchase additional activities to ensure the achievement and enhancement of the agreed results, as included in the revised result framework, and to improve security for partners and subcontractors and has signed an addendum to the contract on 30 August 2024. In 2024, the Consultant shall perform the following additional services and deliveries: Greater emphasis will be placed on the delivery of services linked to enhancing the dialogue on rights between duty bearers and rights holders especially youth (output 1.3). The additional services and deliveries are: • Activities with a focus on prevention of technology-facilitated violence against women in Tunisia, Jordan, and Morocco.
