Description
De gemeente Maastricht heeft onlangs een aanbestedingstraject doorlopen voor de aanschaf van een nieuw systeem voor de afhandeling van haar P&O processen. Voor een succesvolle implementatie van het nieuw HRM-systeem, te weten AFAS, is inzet benodigd voor het professionaliseren van de projectleiding en het creëren van een solide governance structuur.
