Description
The contracting authority intends to procure a trade system for use in the child protection service. The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s ongoing need for such a system and to be an important work tool to ensure good and secure case handling of child protection cases. The system will be the primary work tool for the child welfare service, so it is important for the contracting authority that the system is user friendly, safeguards security requirements and includes the necessary functionality and contains sufficient integration possibilities to improve the work flow. It is a significant factor in the procurement that the software shall make case processing easier and more efficient.
